Welcome to the HAERT Program!

This sample of the HAERT Program curriculum provides an introduction to some of the key concepts around Mental Wellness. 

It explains the importance of learning skills for prevention in mental health. It also teaches some of the strategies and skills that we can use to manage and improve our Mental Wellness.

As you progress through this Demo, think about how to practice and use these concepts and skills in your own life to positively impact your mental health.
